dc.description.abstractEm 2007, o Ministério da Educação (MEC), lançou o Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docância (Pibid), com objetivo de promover melhorias na qualidade de ensino da Educação Básica, na formação e capacitação docente. Dois anos depois (2009), a Faculdade Estadual de Filosofia, Ciências e Letras de Paranavaí (FAFIPA), aderiu ao Programa, por meio do Edital CAPES/DEB nº 02/2009, e em 2012 o curso de História da instituição passou a integrar o projeto Pibid da FAFIPA, com uma temática voltada para o ensino de História e Cultura Afro-Brasileira e Africana, a fim de promover uma educação antirracista e plural no município de Paranavaí, localizado no noroeste do estado do Paraná, e reinserir professores da rede estadual nas discussões sobre a licenciatura e a formação de professores. Posto isso, objetiva-se nessa pesquisa compreender as representações que perpassam o papel do Supervisor do Pibid na formação inicial de professores de História, a partir da inter-relação entre o Ensino Superior e a Educação Básica para a aplicabilidade da Lei nº 10.639/2003 em Paranavaí. Para tal, analisa-se os aspectos históricos, legais e práticos da efetivação do Pibid pela Capes, às lutas pela sua manutenção, bem como os impactos e permanências do Programa no curso e nas escolas da rede estadual de ensino onde foram desenvolvidas as atividades do subprojeto Pibid de História. Tais aspectos se articulam à fundamentação teórica dessa pesquisa que têm por base a História Social, com enfâse nos processos socioeducacionais, e dialoga com Chartier (1991; 2002; 2009), Domingues (2008), Nóvoa (1995; 2009), Silva (2010b), Thompson (1987), Triviños (1987), entre outros. No que se refere a coleta de dados, faz-se uso da metodologia de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental e de campo. E a análise dos dados coletados evidenciam que o Programa é muito bem aceito por licenciandos e escolas de Educação Básica, e na medida em que os cursos têm autonomia para proposição de temáticas nos subprojetos é possível diversificar o campo de trabalho dos futuros professores. As lutas políticas pela permanência desse Programa são um dos grandes resultados que o Pibid promoveu, integrando Instituições de Ensino Superior, escolas de Educação Básica, professores de universidades e de escolas públicas, e alunos desses estabelecimentos de ensino. E no subprojeto analisado, os supervisores do Pibid contribuiram para a efetivação da Lei nº 10.639/2003 em instituições públicas de Paranavaí, assim como para a formação crítica, reflexiva e sociocultural dos acadêmicos de licenciatura em História.
dc.description.resumoIn 2007, the Ministry of Education (MEC) launched the Institutional Program of Initiation to Teaching Scholarships (Pibid), with the objective of promoting improvements in the quality of Basic Education teaching, in teacher training and qualification. Two years later (2009), the State Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters of Paranavaí (FAFIPA) joined the Program, through the Edital CAPES/DEB nº 02/2009, and in 2012 the institution's History course became part of FAFIPA's Pibid project, with a theme focused on teaching Afro-Brazilian and African History and Culture, in order to promote an anti-racist and pluralist education in Paranavaí, and to reinsert teachers from the state education in discussions on graduation and teacher training. Therefore, this research aims to understand the representations that cross the role of the Supervisor of Pibid in the initial formation of History teachers, from the interrelation between the Superior Education and the Basic Education to the applicability of the Law nº 10.639/2003 in Paranavaí. To this end, the historical, legal and practical aspects of the effectiveness of Pibid by Capes are analyzed, as well as the struggles for its maintenance, as well as the impacts and permanence of the Program in the course and in the schools of the state education where the activities of the Pibid History subproject were developed. Such aspects are articulated to the theoretical basis of this research, which is based on Social History, with emphasis on socio-educational processes, and dialogues with Chartier (1991; 2002; 2009), Domingues (2008), Nóvoa (1995; 2009), Silva (2010b), Thompson (1987), Triviños (1987), among others. As far as data collection is concerned, bibliographic and field research methodology is used. And the analysis of the data collected shows that the Program is very well accepted by students and schools of Basic Education, and to the extent that the courses have autonomy to propose themes in the subprojects it is possible to diversify the field of work of future teachers. The political struggles for the permanence of this Program are one of the great results that Pibid has promoted, integrating institutions of higher education, basic education schools, university teachers and of public school, and students of these educational establishments. And in the subproject analyzed, Pibid supervisors contributed to the implementation of Law 10.639/2003 in public institutions in Paranavaí, as well as to the critical, reflexive, and socio-cultural formation of undergraduate students in History.
