dc.description.abstractEsta pesquisa tem como objetivo investigar a história da Fanfarra Estudantil Pólo do Colégio Estadual Professor Bento Munhoz da Rocha Neto – Ensino Fundamental Médio e Profissional de Paranavaí, analisando as suas contribuições para a formação humana e musical como parte da cultura escolar, entre 1998 e 2015. Em 1998 houve a troca de instrumentos e em 2015 a fanfarra deixou de participar de campeonatos. Neste período as fanfarras eram muito valorizadas na formação cultural dos estudantes, contribuindo para a formação humana e musical como parte da cultura escolar. As fanfarras davam visibilidade para a escola. Embora haja outros estados da federação em que ainda exista, nas escolas públicas, apoio para as fanfarras, no Paraná elas não são tão comuns em escolas públicas estaduais da educação básica. Porém alguns municípios apresentam estímulo para esta atividade como projetos em contraturno e extracurriculares. Para a realização da pesquisa, buscamos a conexão entre a música e a cultura escolar, tendo como base a música nas relações socioeducacionais afetas ao ensino e a formação humana dos estudantes participantes desses coletivos. Este estudo tem como base fatos históricos e socioeducacionais. Buscamos relacionar o particular (o singular, o dado empírico) com o geral, isto é, estabelecer conexão entre a fanfarra, a escolarização e a organização da sociedade. Entre os principais autores que utilizamos estão Roger Chartier (2002), para analisar as representações construídas acerca da Fanfarra; Augustin Escolano Benito (2017) que aborda a cultura escolar como parte do processo histórico de escolarização; Jacques Le Goff (2003) trata das memórias e sua relação com o tempo histórico, e Edward Palmer Thompson (1998) quando aborda inter-relações entre a sociedade, as experiências e a formação cultural, entre outros. A pesquisa foi qualitativa, bibliográfica e documental visando analisar em contexto sócio-histórico e cultural, as origens das fanfarras escolares e do estudo da música em escolas públicas. Como resultados, conhecemos o processo histórico de criação da Fanfarra Estudantil Pólo, a sua relação com o currículo escolar e a sociedade, explorando as memórias e representações sobre o processo de educação e formação da cultura musical nela desenvolvida. A pesquisa trata das relações da música na escola promovendo um ambiente socioeducativo em que a música esteve presente como um dos alicerces formativos, para a vida em sociedade. A Fanfarra é um valioso recurso para o ensino da música nas escolas públicas, especialmente com os projetos de fanfarras estudantis.
dc.description.resumoThis research aims to investigate the history of the Student Fanfare Polo of the Professor Bento Munhoz da Rocha Neto State College – Elementary, High School and Professional Education of Paranavaí, analyzing its contributions to human and musical formation as part of school culture, between 1998 and 2015. In 1998 there was an exchange of instruments and in 2015 the fanfare stopped participating in championships. In this period, the fanfares were highly valued in the cultural formation of students, contributing to the human and musical formation as part of the school culture. The fanfares gave visibility to the school. Although there are other states of the federation in which there is still support for the fanfares in public schools, in Paraná they are not so common in state public schools of basic education. However, some municipalities have incentives for this activity, such as after-school and extracurricular projects. To carry out the research, we sought the connection between music and school culture, based on music in the socio-educational relations affected by teaching and the human formation of the students participating in these collectives. This study is based on historical and socio-educational facts. We seek to relate the particular (the singular, the empirical datum) with the general, that is, to establish a connection between the fanfare, schooling and the organization of society. The research was qualitative, bibliographic and documentary, aiming to analyze in a socio-historical and cultural context, the origins of school fanfares and the study of music in public schools. As a result, we know the historical process of creation of the Student Fanfare Polo, its relationship with the school curriculum and society, exploring the memories and representations about the process of education and formation of the musical culture developed in it. The research deals with the relations of music in school, promoting a socio-educational environment in which music was present as one of the formative foundations for life in society. The Fanfare is a valuable resource for the teaching of music in public schools, especially with student fanfare projects.
