dc.description.abstractEste estudo teve como objetivo investigar os fatores socioeconômicos ambientais que contribuem para a formação da perspectiva atual sobre a sustentabilidade da atividade de ecoturismo da localidade “sede” da cidade de Morretes-Pr. O trabalho divide-se em três capítulos. O primeiro capítulo examinou o histórico do ecoturismo e do desenvolvimento sustentável no em seus contextos mundial, no litoral do Paraná e no município de Morretes-Pr. Como método foi utilizado uma revisão bibliográfica levantando informações sobre as condições em que o ecoturismo se desenvolveu no mundo e na região estudada, seus principais atores e fluxos de demanda por serviços e investimentos, ocorridos em um horizonte de 20 anos. Este capítulo encerra-se com a apresentação do problema da pesquisa, justificativa, objetivo geral e objetivos específicos e hipóteses da pesquisa. No segundo capítulo foi apresentado uma revisão sistemática utilizando alguns dos documentos levantados na pesquisa bibliográfica realizada para obtenção dos dados secundários. Nessa revisão foi realizada uma análise comparativa do contexto mundial e brasileiro do ecoturismo, onde dados extraídos de artigos científicos sobre o tema foram transcritos para documento apropriado para análise textual através do software IRAMUTEC (Interface de R pour les Analyses Multidimensionnelles de Textes et de Questionnaires), programa este que realiza as análises Fatorial Confirmatória (AFC); Classificação Hierárquica Descendente (CHD), a Análise de Similitude e uma Nuvem de Palavras, procedimentos esses necessários para a apresentação do estado da arte em ambos os cenários. Destaque-se que na pesquisa bibliográfica realizada sobre o tema não foram identificados outros estudos utilizando estas ferramentas, ensejando a produção dessas informações na pesquisa. No terceiro capítulo foram apresentados os procedimentos metodológicos da pesquisa, incluindo os métodos de obtenção dos dados primários (amostra e aplicação do questionário) utilizados nos testes estatísticos inferenciais e descritivos realizados, assim como a metodologia de adaptação da ferramenta de análise de sustentabilidade denominada “Sistema de Indicadores de Sustentabilidade de Turismo” (HANAI, 2009), através da qual foi utilizada para avaliar o nível de sustentabilidade da atividade na região. Por fim, foram apresentados os resultados da pesquisa, os quais apontaram para um nível global de sustentabilidade compreendido entre o neutro (18 indicadores) e a sustentabilidade parcial (11 indicadores), na escala de classificação de sustentabilidade apresentada na pesquisa, sendo observado também, através do teste de variância utilizando o cálculo da ANOVA a um fator, que o grupo representado pelos governantes apresentou em três das seis dimensões uma diferença significativamente relevante nas suas respostas, representados por um p-valor<0,05, quando comparados com os outros dois grupos avaliados (sociedade civil e gestores governamentais e de instituições ligadas ao ecoturismo).
dc.description.resumoThis study will aimed to investigate the environmental socioeconomic factors that originated for the formation of the current perspective on the sustainability of the ecotourism activity of the locality "headquarters' ' of the city of Morretes-Pr. The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter examines the history of ecotourism and sustainable development in their world contexts, on the coast of Paraná and in the municipality of Morretes-Pr. As a method, a bibliographic review was used, gathering information about the conditions in which ecotourism developed in the world and in the region, its main actors and demand flows for services and investments, which occurred over a 20-year horizon. This chapter ends with the presentation of the research problem, justification, general and specific objectives and research hypothesis. In the second chapter, a systematic review was presented using some of the documents raised in the bibliographic research carried out to obtain secondary data. This review carried out a comparative analysis of the world and Brazilian context of ecotourism, where data extracted from scientific articles on the subject were transcribed into an appropriate document for textual analysis through the IRAMUTEC software (Interface de R pour les Analysis Multidimensionnelles de Textes et de Questionnaires) , a program that performs Confirmatory Factorial (AFC) analyses; Descending Hierarchical Classification (CHD), Similitude Analysis and a Word Cloud, procedures that are necessary for presenting the state of the art in both scenarios. It should be noted that in the bibliographic research carried out on the subject, no other studies using these tools were identified, leading to the production of this information in the research. In the third chapter, the methodological procedures of the research were presented, including the methods for obtaining primary data (sample and application of the questionnaire), used in the inferential and descriptive statistical tests carried out, as well as the methodology for adapting the sustainability analysis tool called "Tourism Sustainability Indicator System” (HANAI, 2009), through which it was used to assess the level of sustainability of the activity in the region. Finally, the results of the research were presented, which pointed to a global level of sustainability comprised between neutral (18 indicators) and partial sustainability (11 indicators), in the sustainability classification scale presented in the research, also being observed, through the variance test using the one-way ANOVA calculation, that the group represented by the rulers presented in three of the six dimensions a significantly relevant difference in their answers, represented by a p-value <0.05, when compared with the others two groups evaluated (civil society and government managers and institutions linked to ecotourism).
