dc.description.abstractO avanço com relação ao acesso às tecnologias na sociedade tem motivado a realização de estudos sobre os impactos desses recursos em diversos ambientes; isso se verifica nos espaços de formação dos indivíduos, como é o caso do ensino superior. Nesse sentido, o objetivo desta pesquisa é, por meio de uma investigação, avaliar em que medida a metodologia WebQuest contribui para o processo de aprendizagem, especificamente do acadêmico em Direito. A WebQuest é uma metodologia colaborativa elaborada com suporte na internet, na qual o aluno empreende investigação orientada de temáticas predefinidas pelo professor, em que a maior parte das informações com as quais interagem são originadas da internet. A investigação foi realizada com alunos do 3º período do curso de Direito de uma Instituição privada paranaense. Desenvolvida em três etapas, a pesquisa foi constituída por uma problematização com relação ao ensino jurídico no Brasil; pela análise do uso das tecnologias de informação e comunicação no ensino superior e no curso de Direito, com a investigação de sua utilização por meio de aplicação de questionário da plataforma Survey Monkey; e, por fim, pelo desenvolvimento e aplicação da WebQuest com a observação e avaliação participativa do pesquisador no ambiente de ensino. Os dados foram apreciados de modo a identificar os fatores que influenciaram diretamente no desempenho da utilização da WebQuest. Como resultado das análises, concluiu-se que os alunos que demonstram interesse em relação à utilização das tecnologias para aprendizagem conseguem atingir melhores resultados na resolução das tarefas, como foi verificado na aplicação da WebQuest, contribuindo para a aprendizagem e o desenvolvimento profissional dos alunos.
dc.description.resumoThe advance in relation to the access to technology in society has motivated some studies about the impacts of those resources in different environments; that is verified in people´s formation spaces, as the higher education case. Thus, the objective of the present research is, through an investigation, to evaluate in which way the WebQuest methodology contributes to the learning process, more specifically at the Law Course. The WebQuest is a collaborative methodology that is elaborated with the internet support, in which the student carries out a teacher orientated investigation about preset themes, in which the most part of the information that they deal with is originated in internet. The research was carried out with 3rd period Law course students in a private Higher Education Institution. The study was developed in three steps and was constituted by a problematisation in relation to the Legal Education in Brazil; by the analysis of the use of information and communication technologies in Higher education and in the Law Course with the investigation of its use by the application of a questionnaire in the Survey Monkey platform; and finally, by the development and application of the WebQuest with the participative observation and evaluation of the researcher in the teaching environment. The data were considered to identify the factors that directly influenced the performance of the use of the WebQuest. As the results of the analysis, it was possible to conclude that the students that demonstrate to be interested in relation to the use of the learning technologies can achieve better results in the tasks solutions, as it was verified within the application of the WebQuest, contributing to the students learning and professional development.
