dc.description.abstractNessa pesquisa, partimos da necessidade de promover a escuta alteritária de adolescentes em conflito com a Lei, sobre o prisma de se pensar o quanto suas vozes importam ao planejamento e à busca de novas compreensões sobre uma socioeducação realmente significativa para eles e que seja capaz de cumprir os objetivos preconizados na legislação. Assim, o estudo tem como objetivo geral analisar axiologias sobre socioeducação e vivências compartilhadas em Raps produzidos por adolescentes internados em um Centro de Socioeducação do Estado do Paraná. Nossos objetivos específicos são: a) estabelecer a escuta alteritária dos adolescentes em cumprimento de medida de internação, por meio de Raps de sua própria autoria; b) analisar a constituição axiológica de seus discursos; c) sugerir ações para promover o desenvolvimento da consciência socioideológica desses adolescentes no cronotopo de internação, com base nas axiologias compartilhadas nos Raps produzidos. No plano metodológico, trata-se de um estudo interdisciplinar, ancorado no paradigma da pesquisa qualitativa e interpretativa, que se vale do Estudo de Caso, respaldado em referenciais teóricos do campo da Educação, do Direito, do Dialogismo do Círculo de Bakhtin e da Psicologia. O estudo se desenvolve a partir da implementação de quatro oficinas junto a 14 adolescentes. Nas duas primeiras, objetivamos apresentar as bases legais da socioeducação em seu desenvolvimento histórico, assim como seus objetivos, para que respondam, por meio dos Raps produzidos, se esses estão sendo vivenciados durante seu período de internação. A terceira e quarta oficinas visam expandir os conhecimentos dos adolescentes sobre o gênero discursivo Rap, o qual já integra suas vivências culturais e discursivas. Depois de ouvirem Raps e refletirem sobre sua constituição temática e estilístico-composicional e sobre sua função discursiva na vida social, os adolescentes são motivados a produzirem raps, cuja temática envolva axiologias sobre a socioeducação e sobre suas vivências no cronotopo do Cense. As orientações teórico-metodológicas da perspectiva dialógica de linguagem do Círculo de Bakhtin balizam a análise das axiologias manifestadas nos Raps, em movimento interdisciplinar que coaduna referenciais teóricos da Socioeducação e da Psicologia. Dentre os resultados, o estudo aponta, em primeiro plano, ser possível e produtiva a escuta alteritária de adolescentes internos em Censes por meio de Raps, a confirmar que o referido gênero discursivo viabiliza sua expressão livre e fluida, mesmo diante de tensões. Em segundo plano, a análise das axiologias presentes nos Raps (des)revelam que o Cense se apresenta para eles como um cronotopo de passagem e não de mudança, com pouco significado concreto para a ressignificação de seus projetos de vida. Os processos de reflexão deflagrados pela privação de liberdade são altamente subjetivos e angustiantes para os internos, provocando ansiedade vorás pela saída e impedindo a prospecção de objetivos concretos a partir de uma autorreflexão consciente para reordenação de condutas e posterior reinserção à vida social. Nos Raps, ainda, são regulares as axiologias de demonstração de fé, desejo ávido por liberdade, arrependimento e constituição da figura materna como única com quem se estabelecem relações de alteridade que instituem índices de identidade indicativos do desejo de mudança e de ressignificação do projeto de vida.
dc.description.resumoIn this research, we start from the need to promote alteritarian listening to adolescents in conflict with the law, considering how their voices matter in planning and seeking new understandings about a truly meaningful socioeducation for them, capable of fulfilling the objectives set forth in the legislation. Thus, the study aims to analyze axiologies about socioeducation and shared experiences in Raps produced by adolescents interned in a Socioeducational Center in the State of Paraná. Our specific objectives are: a) to establish alteritarian listening to adolescents under internment measures, through Raps of their own authorship; b) to analyze the axiological constitution of their discourses; c) to suggest actions to promote the development of socioideological awareness of these adolescents within the context of internment, based on the axiologies shared in the produced Raps. Methodologically, this is an interdisciplinary study, anchored in the paradigm of qualitative and interpretative research, using the Case Study approach, supported by theoretical references from the fields of Education, Law, Bakhtin's Dialogism, and Psychology. The study unfolds through the implementation of four workshops with 14 adolescents. In the first two workpshops, we aim to present the legal foundations of socioeducation in its historical development, as well as its objectives, so that the participants respond, through the produced Raps, whether these objectives are being experienced during their period of internment. The third and fourth workshops seek to expand the adolescents' knowledge about the discursive genre Rap, which already integrates their cultural and discursive experiences. After listening to Raps and reflecting on their thematic and stylisticcompositional constitution, as well as their discursive function in social life, the adolescents are motivated to produce Raps whose themes involve axiologies about socioeducation and their experiences in the context of the Cense. The theoretical and methodological guidelines of the dialogical perspective of language from Bakhtin's Circle guide the analysis of the axiologies manifested in the Raps, in an interdisciplinary movement that combines theoretical references from Socioeducation and Psychology. Among the results, the study first indicates that alteritarian listening to incarcerated adolescents in Cense is possible and productive through Raps, confirming that this discursive genre enables their free and fluid expression, even in the face of tensions. Secondly, the analysis of the axiologies present in the Raps reveals that the Cense appears to them as a chronotope of passage rather than transformation, with little concrete meaning for the re-signification of their life projects. The processes of reflection triggered by the deprivation of freedom are highly subjective and distressing for the inmates, causing voracious anxiety for their release and preventing the prospect of concrete goals based on conscious self-reflection for conduct reordering and subsequent reintegration into social life. Furthermore, the Raps regularly express axiologies of demonstrating faith, an eager desire for freedom, repentance, and the constitution of the maternal figure as the only one with whom they establish relations of alterity, establishing identity indexes indicative of the desire for change and re-signification of the life project.
